JTBC will soon air the Korean drama series with the theme of romance "She Would Never Know" in mid-January. This drama tells the story of a love between Yoon Song Ah (Won Jin Ah) and Chae Hyun Seung (Rowoon SF9).
The Korean drama "She Would Never Know" tells the story of two coworkers who are involved in a complicated love relationship. Both are in a team at a cosmetics company. Yoon Song Ah and Chae Hyun Seung are both on the marketing team.
Reporting from the Soompi page, SF9's Rowoon and Won Jin Ah admitted that they both worked hard to shoot the drama. Won Jin Ah revealed that she had watched a YouTube broadcast of cosmetic company marketing. He then thought about the daily life of Yoon Song Ah, the character he was playing.
"While preparing the role I would play, I came across a lot of vlogs related to the marketing of a cosmetics company," said Won Jin Ah. "I then thought about how the character's routine in everyday life."
Won Jin Ah admitted that he was very grateful because the producers on this project allowed him to meet in person with the cosmetic company marketing staff. He then explored Yoon Song Ah's character through the staff.
"This opportunity makes it easier and more comfortable for me to know everything about office life and marketing duties," added Won Jin Ah. "I would never have known if I had not experienced it in person. I am truly grateful to the staff who spent time with me."
Meanwhile, Rowoon also did a little research through YouTube. She watches YouTube content about beauty in order to explore her role as Chae Hyun Seung.
"I was advised to watch beauty shows on YouTube by the director. He said it would make it easier for me to understand scripts related to make-up products," said Rowoon. "Including when I go to the salon. I pay attention to the products there and then ask the salon employees about the cosmetics. In this way I learn more about Chae Hyun Seung's work."
