This incident was sticking out again because of a netizen who said that Moon Jung Won, in 2017, visited a playground with his children. He also bought the twins a toy and promised to return to where he bought the toy to get money, but he never came back to pay for it.
This statement from netizens came after the problem of complaints from neighbors Lee Hwi Jae's family about the noise he had to deal with for over a year.
Moon Jung Won's agency IOK Company also spoke up in response to this. They said that Moon Jung Won would meet with the person concerned to apologize and pay for the loss he received even though Moon Jung Won admitted that he did not remember the events in 2017 at all.
