MLD in its statement confirmed that it would hunt down the perpetrators who edited and uploaded the photo for the first time. In addition, they will also sue those who share the photo in cyberspace.

"Through our attorneys, MLD Entertainment will prosecute the perpetrator both civil and criminal for violating the Special Law on Sexual Crimes," the agency said in its official statement as quoted by Soompi, Monday (11/1/2021).
In addition, perpetrators can also be charged with violating the Law on Promotion of Information and Communication for spreading pornographic content. "The perpetrator has also violated the privacy of our artist," the agency added.
