On Wednesday (30/12) night KST, SM Entertainment released an official statement through SNSD's social media accounts, conveying stern action against haters who wrote malicious comments against all their artists.
SM also revealed that they had gathered various evidence related to illegal acts that occurred online and filed a lawsuit through the law office.
The agency also requested support from fans to help gather evidence of illegal acts by sending it via protect@smtown.com through January 3.
"We will continue to carry out monitoring and legal action to protect our artists, and we will strongly respond to irrelevant principles regarding various illegal acts," the agency concluded.
