Super Junior will release their 10th album titled The Renaissance. In this album release, they asked ELF to participate in choosing songs to be included in the album.
On November 26, 2020, Super Junior also revealed the eighth lyric note for their latest album. One by one, the records of the song lyrics that will be included in the album The Renaissance have been revealed since November 17, 2020.
The eighth song is the song chosen as Super Junior's song that fans want to remake the most. The selection was made through a poll that Super Junior held for fans around the world called the 2020 Super Junior Awards.
Finally, the song Raining Spell for Love was chosen to be the remake song and included in the album The Renaissance. The song comes from Super Junior's seventh album titled Mamacita.
Raining Spell for Love is part of the Love ... Super Junior series with She's Gone, Love Disease, and My All Is In You. This certainly makes ELF look forward to the release of The Renaissance album.
The Renaissance consists of 10 songs. This includes the previously released single The Melody and the remake song Raining Spell for Love.
Before releasing the album, Super Junior also held an online fan meeting entitled Beyond LIVE - SUPER JUNIOR 15th Anniversary Special Event - Invitation on Naver V Live on November 7, 2020 to celebrate 10 years of its debut. The online fanmeeting is held one day after the 15th anniversary of their debut which falls on November 6, 2020.
In the fanmeeting, Super Junior looked back on their 10 years of career in the K-Pop world. They also revealed the changes that have occurred to each member.
