K-Pop idols have a life of ups and downs as they constantly have to make music, practice, follow schedules, etc. Members of BTS (Bangtan Boys) were once asked how they relieve stress.
Suga revealed that when he is stressed, he tends to prefer sleeping or making music. Whereas Jungkook shared that he doesn't really know when he feels stressed or when he isn't stressed.
On the other hand, RM (Rap Monster) has a unique way of relieving stress, as he tends to "shoot music videos". RM explained that when he is stressed, he sometimes goes somewhere and starts listening to music. After turning on the music, he pretends there is a camera and starts acting as if he's the protagonist of the music video.
BTS's Jimin revealed that he doesn't really know how to relieve stress. The 1995-born singer also revealed that he likes to eat, but he doesn't want to eat when he is stressed because he wants to lose weight.
It's different from V. In the past, V would meet up with his friends and discuss what made him stressful. However, he could no longer do this. Now, V only contacts his friends by phone to chat.
In the past, J-Hope would sleep when he was stressed. However, this changed after BTS moved dorms. The owner of the real name Jung Hoseok shared that his room was decorated with things he likes, such as figures. Every time J-Hope saw things in his room, his stress would be lessened.
Lastly, Jin said that he doesn't stress easily. Even if the oldest BTS member who was born in 1992 is really stressed, he will usually forget about it in a few minutes.
