Renjun NCT Dream is very wise in giving advice on plastic surgery

NCT Dream's Renjun was recently asked for his opinion on plastic surgery through his radio show "Akdong Seoul" on August 17th. He gave a wise opinion.

Initially, the first concern that Renjun had to overcome was how fans saw himself. He emphasized that although the operation will change their outward appearance, it will not change their feelings on the inside.

Renjun said, "First of all, you have to love yourself. Besides, even if you have double eyelids, you may still be dissatisfied with yourself."

As to whether they should have surgery or not, Renjun couldn't make up his mind for them. He reminded fans of their freedom to choose. He also notes there are other, less permanent ways to change their appearance.

With the right makeup technique, it can easily give the illusion of double eyelids, "So in regard to this, I don't think there is the best method. You can have surgery, you can do anything, you can use makeup. There are many options."

Despite all the possible decisions and outcomes, there was one thing Renjun stood for. Appreciating their natural beauty and loving yourself is the best way. He said, "But, I think it's best to like who you are now."

People with double eyelids may fit in with what is attractive, by beauty standards, that doesn't mean they don't feel inferior about their appearance. Renjun concluded by focusing on the importance of loving yourself. Depending on the situation, sometimes plastic surgery can lead to even deeper feelings of self-love, especially by removing traumatic scars.

Meanwhile, NCT Dream recently made a comeback with their latest mini album "Reload". Apart from topping the iTunes Top Albums chart in 51 different regions around the world, this mini album earned NCT Dream their first Gaon double platinum certification after selling over 500,000 copies in just a month. The group's title track "Ridin" is also the first NCT song to reach number one on Melon's realtime music chart.
