This scene was parodied by Choi Dae Hyun's father (Ji Chang Wook) named Choi Young Pil (Lee Byung Joon) when applying for work with Kim Hye Ja's family (Kyeon Mi Ri). Before entering the prospective employer's house, Choi Young Pil seemed to memorize the words he would say during the interview.
This scene is exactly the same as what was done by Ki Jung (Park So Dam) when applying for work at the house of Mr. Park (Lee Sun Gyun) in the film "Parasite". Where at that time Ki Jung tried to fabricate lies about his identity.
Likewise during a driving test, Choi Young Pil and Kim Hye Ja conducted scenes and conversations similar to those conducted by Ki Taek (Song Kang Ho) and Mr. Park in the film "Parasite".
