Ahead of his comeback with APRIL, Naeun recently was overwritten by rumors that said he was a bully during school.
On Wednesday (07/22) yesterday, Lee Naeun of the APRIL girl group was confronted with an unpleasant issue, where she was accused of being a bully when she was in elementary school.
The next day, namely on Friday (07/23), DSP Media agency that overshadowed the artist then spoke up and issued a statement that the rumors were untrue and would take legal action for the authors of false rumors related to the artist.
Behind the unpleasant rumors, there was a confession from a netizen who also claimed to be Naeun's classmate at the time. He then told the APRIL member who was so cheerful that he was liked by the teachers at the school.
"Lee Na Eun was a cheerful friend during our school days. Rumors of school violence are totally unfounded. It's ridiculous to say that Lee Naeun is a bully at school. I remember him hanging out with everyone. I remember that the teachers liked him because he had a beautiful face and a kind heart, "said this former friend of Naeun.
Because of this accusation, it was reported that Naeun was having a hard time. One of the media in Korea said that Naeun currently felt very offended by rumors and had not stopped crying since it made headlines.
