Bangtan Boys or often called BTS once again makes history. As you know, BTS released a new comeback album "Map of the Soul: 7" recently. The album reaped success until breaking records.

Before releasing the album, the group also shared a song titled "Black Swan" as a pre-release single on January 17 for their mini album "Map of the Soul: 7". They then showed off this song through an amazing MV.

"Black Swan" topped the real-time charts in Korea and also ranked on the Billboard Hot 100. The song also swept the iTunes Top charts soon after it was released, reaching first place in at least 93 regions on the morning of January 18.

This is the highest number of positions the group has ever achieved. This figure is expected to continue to increase because BTS fans, have a target to set a world record. Yesterday, Monday (6/7), the song was recorded as number 1 in 103 countries.

The previous song to reach the first position on the iTunes Top Song chart from most areas in history was Adele's "Halo". The song was successful in first place in 102 regions about five years ago, in October 2015.

BTS itself last released the MV for their Japanese pre-release single titled "Stay Gold" on June 26 last. "Stay Gold" itself contains a message to never give up facing unfavorable situations. This song also seems to convince the listener that everything will be okay in the end.

On the other hand, BTS's new Japanese studio album titled "Map of the Soul: 7 ~ The Journey ~" will be released on July 15th. This is their first Japanese album since "Face Yourself" which was released in 2018.

The album "Map of the Soul: 7 ~ The Journey ~" includes the Japanese version of BTS's hit songs "Boy with Luv", "Make It Right", "Dionysus", "IDOL", "Airplane pt. 2", "Fake Love" "Black Swan" and "ON". In addition, there are also non-remake songs like "Stay Gold", "Lights" and "Your Eyes Tell".
