Good news for fans of 'Love Playlist', as this popular web drama will be made to the latest version.
According to a report on Monday (29/06), a web drama 'Love Playlist' will be remade with a new title 'Dear M: Love Playlist 2021'.
'Love Playlist' is a popular web drama that tells the story of student and campus life. The first season aired a web drama in 2017 and until now it has aired a total of 4 seasons.
Media JoyNews24 said, "'Dear M: Love Playlist 2021' produced by Monster Union and this drama Playlist will air on Naver and is being discussed for broadcast on KBS."
The report also mentioned that the two original actors, Bae Hyun Sung and Kim Sae Ron will return to star in the latest version. Sung Hyun Bae was known as a star in the third and fourth seasons, while Kim Sae Ron in the fourth season.
Responding to the report, the production house Playlist said, "We are not preparing for the fifth season of 'Love Playlist', but a new drama that is expanding the world of 'Love Playlist'. There is no confirmed relationship that aired on KBS."
