In the previous episode, Jung Tae Eul (Kim Go Eun) was worried about the gate connecting the parallel world would be closed because of a rift that continued to develop between the two worlds and cause him to lose his memory of Lee Gon (Lee Min Ho).

Furthermore, the audience of "The King: Eternal Monarch" was made curious to see if Jung Tae Eul would really invite Lee Rim (Lee Jung Jin) to pass through the gate to a parallel world in order to meet Lee Gon.

In the newly released scene photo, Jung Tae Eul looks covered in blood when a group of people look at him in shock. After coming out to follow Lee Rim, Jung Tae Eul somehow finally passed out in the bamboo forest.

Awakened by the noise of the people watching him, Jung Tae Eul looked back at them with a blank expression on his face. Elsewhere, the beautiful detective seemed to cry when trying to make a call.
