Fans of 100 Million Won Funds For Debut BY9 - Fans have raised funds to debut the BY9 boy group project.
Since the 'Produce X101' program aired the final episode on July 19, fans later made a petition to debut the boy group BY9 with members from the finalists eliminated.
The 9 members of BY9 that the fans wanted to debut were Lee Jin Hyuk, Kim Min Kyu, Koo Jung Mo, Hwang Yun Seong, Keum Dong Hyun, Tony, Song Yu Vin, Ham Won Jin, and Lee Se Jin.
Not only making a petition, fans have now raised funds of up to 100 million Won (1.2 billion Rupiah). According to fans, the funds will be used to promote BY9, including installing banners at subway stations.
Fans have also made the logo to the lightstick for BY9. Hopefully there are agencies that want to debut BY9, just like the JBJ and RAINZ boy group projects from 'Produce 101' season 2.
Previously the agency and the 9 trainees were also reported to have known about the desire of fans to debut BY9. CJ E & M as the producer of the 'Produce X101' program is also currently monitoring the trend and will consider it if there are agencies that want to debut them. (www.kpopchart.net)
