Wednesday (5/6), YG Entertainment issued an official statement regarding the condition of Kang Seung Yoon. The agency said that the 1994-born singer had been discharged from the hospital. Following is the agency's full statement:
"Hello, this is YG Entertainment.
We told today (June 5) that Kang Seung Yoon had been allowed to leave the hospital, according to his doctor's advice.
Last week, while waiting to begin the rehearsal for the appearance of WINNER on SBS 'Inkigayo', Kang Seung Yoon experienced pain caused by symptoms of herniation on his neck and visited the emergency room. After that, he focused on receiving serious care and restoring his health.
After undergoing treatment, Kang Seung Yoon was able to restore his health faster than expected, and after leaving, he was currently resting. Kang Seung Yoon plans to carry out the upcoming schedule as planned as long as he doesn't force himself.
