On Tuesday (04/06), the Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office reportedly charged Choi Jong Hoon on June 3 based on a law on sexual violence.
Last week, Choi Jong Hoon had petitioned to review the pre-trial arrest handed down to him, but had been rejected by the Seoul Central District Court.
Previously Choi Jong Hoon was involved in two cases of sexual harassment, namely in Hongcheon in 2016 and in Daegu in 2016 with Jung Joon Young cs.
This case was first revealed when Choi Jong Hoon uploaded a sexual recording video through KakaoTalk's chat group Jung Joon Young and Seungri. (www.kpopchart.net)
