Restaurants in New York were blasphemed after secretly recording BTS and calling Big Bang better - BTS Visits Kang Ho Dong Baekjeong, Korean Barbecue Restaurant in New York. One of the restaurant owners records them during meals and shares them through Instagram.


BTS (Bangtan Boys) in the last few weeks in the United States for a "Love Yourself: Speak Yourself" concert tour. Although the main purpose of work, RM (Rap Monster) and friends had time to tour several places there during their leisure time.

BTS visited Kang Ho Dong Baekjeong, which is a popular Korean barbecue restaurant in New York. Bobby Kwak, one of the restaurant owners secretly recorded them while eating there and shared them via Instagram.

The video seems to invite anger ARMY (as BTS fans). They consider Bobby Kwak not respecting BTS's privacy for recording without consent. ARMY was also offended because he compared BTS to Big Bang.

"Maybe I just acted too hard or maybe they have gone through (glory) but I feel Big Bang has more talent than BTS. It's a bit like the Jordan vs. Lebron debate, but I will admit that I started liking them," Bobby Kwak wrote video captions.

Many social media users who are angry to see Bobby Kwak compare Big Bang and BTS, two talented K-Pop groups who succeed in their own way. They also blasphemed that they had no ethics because they secretly recorded BTS.

"Inviting their privacy and taking videos without their permission is very disrespectful, not only the comments that piss me off but the fact that they don't respect BTS very much. Get ready your business goes bankrupt," wrote one fan.

In response, ARMY flooded the Yelp restaurant page with one star and criticism. Yelp finally had to deactivate restaurant reviews because of the many complaints posted.

Shortly thereafter, Bobby Kwak deleted the BTS video and made a post containing an apology. He stated that his writing did not reflect the restaurant, but his own personal opinion.

"(I) just wanted to apologize to BTS and all BTS fans out there. The video that was taken yesterday was not done by the Baekjeong restaurant but by myself personally while eating there. There is no hidden camera and I am fully responsible. I "I'm just fascinated. I hope all fans and BTS members will forgive and know that it's done without evil intentions," he wrote.

Meanwhile, BTS is currently in Brazil to continue the "Love Yourself: Speak Yourself" tour. The concert will be held at the Allianz Parque stadium, Sao Paulo for two consecutive days, May 25 and 26.
