On April 30, Sunhwa attended a press conference event for his latest drama in OCN entitled 'Save Me 2'.
But while attending the event, Sunhwa's face looked swollen and different from usual.
That made his name immediately become the hottest search on the internet and many of the netizens pointed out that his face had changed because he had done a plastic surgery procedure.
Sunhwa then uploaded a photo on Instagram while writing, "My face is swollen today, but please wait for the drama and Go Ma Dam."
