'Four Men' Production House Submits Lawsuits Because Park Hae Jin Confirms Starring in New Drama 'Secret'.

The problem of Park Hae Jin and the "Four Men" production house finally came to light. Because the actor born in 1983 was recently reported to have won a lawsuit.

Since May 2018, the production process of the drama "Four Men" has indeed stalled due to various problems. Park Hae Jin's agency then filed a lawsuit against the Victory Contents after the "Four Men" production house accused them and its affiliates of disrupting drama production.

In February 2019 yesterday, Park Hae Jin confirmed that he would star in the new drama "Secret". But Victory Contents filed a lawsuit banning Park Hae Jin's appearance in the new drama.

At that time Park Hae Jin's agency stated, "According to the contract we signed with the production house, we agreed to shoot until October 31, 2018. There should be no problem with starring in a new drama when the contract is over".

Finally on Monday (8/4) yesterday, the 50th Civil Division of the Seoul District Court decided to support Park Hae Jin in connection with Victory Contents' demands for the star of the drama "Cheese In The Trap".

"Considering the fact that the press release was issued under the premise if he (Park Hae Jin) had an obligation to appear (in the drama) and that orders against Park Hae Jin's creditors who would ban him from appearing in other dramas had been filed by Victory Contents debtors and others had slandered and violating the business rights of creditors either directly or through third parties by spreading the news through the press that Park Hae Jin's creditors have violated the duty to appear [in the drama], "said the Seoul District Court's decision.

In addition, it also states if, "An appearance contract is a contract concerning the making of a single drama and different from an exclusive contract, so that people cannot assume that prior approval from creditors for all entertainment activities is required during the contract terms".

The decision of the Seoul District Court was immediately responded to by Park Hae Jin's agency. "In the future, those behind 'Four Men' can no longer issue a press statement regarding Park Hae Jin. They also cannot interfere with Park Hae Jin who starred in other dramas," said the representative.

"We plan to file a separate legal action regarding the destruction of Park Hae Jin's reputation through false accusations," concluded the Mountain Movement agency.
