NU'EST fans seem to be happy now. The reason is that soon they will be able to see NU'EST's appearance with a 5-member format after all this time. The group fronted by Ren CSs will soon release their comeback album titled "Happily Ever After".
Previously, NU'EST promoted the format of 4 members with the name NU'EST W. That was because one of its members, Hwang Minhyun, was joined by a group produced by "Produce 101 Season 2" called Wanna One.
But it seems that fans aren't just happy because they are just looking forward to NU'EST's comeback. Recently it was reported that NU'EST's debut MV, entitled "Face," has hit the 100 million viewers on YouTube.
On Sunday (28/4) at around 5 pm local time, it was reported that MV "Face" had exceeded 100 million viewers. This is a special achievement for NU'EST and their fans. Because besides this is the first MV that successfully penetrated 100 million viewers, this is also their debut song.
NU’EST made its debut on March 15, 2012 with the release of "Face". This group has experienced many ups and downs throughout their careers so far. The four NU'EST members (JR, Baekho, Ren and Minhyun) appeared in the "Produce 101 Season 2" survival event to save their careers.
Minhyun won the event and joined the Wanna One group. Meanwhile, the remaining four members including Aron again promoted as a sub unit named NU'EST W until Minhyun returned.
In 2019, the group celebrated their seventh anniversary by announcing that they will continue to renew their contract with Pledis Entertainment. In addition, NU'EST also held their first Korean solo concert titled "Segno" at KSPO Dome in Seoul.
They are currently preparing for their first comeback in about three years, with the release of their sixth mini album "Happily Ever After" which will be released on April 29. NU'EST was also confirmed to attend the annual Korean music festival, KCON 2019 in New York.
