Handsome actor Kim Nam Gil recently successfully starred in the SBS drama entitled "The Fiery Priest". In this drama, he collided acting with Honey Lee and Kim Sung Kyun.
"The Fiery Priest" itself tells of an angry Catholic priest named Kim Hae Il, played by Kim Nam Gil. He tried hard to investigate the mysterious death of a senior pastor.
He finally worked with a stupid police detective named Koo Dae Young, played by Kim Sung Kyun. Although both of them often involved debates over trivial matters, at the end of the story they finally succeeded in completing the case.
"The crew talked about the drama's second season from around episode 17 or 18," Kim Nam Gil said. "It's not the drama that we made considering the season."
"When we went on vacation as a gift because of the success of this drama, the actors talked about it and the response was positive," he added. "We say that we want to move forward without any of us leaving and without adding others to the ranks of players."
Kim Nam Gil then expressed his concern about the drama's second season. Because he wants to order the second season of this drama well.
"It's true that I have a lot of worries about what I can show and what we can bring to the second season," he said. "We don't have much hope for the 'The Fiery Priest' rating, but it turned out to be going very well."
"I think the second season is about the story we want to convey correctly," he said. "We mention that we don't want to wait too long. But it's not something we can control."
