Today, Friday (3/22), Sungyeol uploaded a new post on his Instagram @ leeseongyeol_1991 account. The "Be Mine" singer posted a picture of her while cutting her hair and a letter written for fans. Here's what Sungyeol's letter says:
"Hello, this is Sungyeol Infinite. I wrote this letter because I thought it was proper for me to talk to you through a handwritten letter.
I will go to the military on March 26! You probably know that since yesterday, and you were surprised, right? I'm sure there are some who worry about me. But you don't need to worry. I'm sure I can do it well.
We have been in the ninth year since debuting with the name Infinite in 2010 and greeting you all, and we have been through a lot since then, right? On Inspirit day we get your name, our first fan meeting, our first win at a music event, and our first concert! I will keep all the beautiful memories that I made with all of you in my heart and stay healthy while I am there!
To be honest, that hasn't really surprised me. I'm not used to short hair and I still feel awkward, but you and I will eventually get used to this, right? I will miss you very much.
The love I receive from you is very valuable and invaluable. Our inspiration, which I will not exchange for the world, thank you very much for always being on the Infinite side and I love you.
