Tuesday (12/3), someone known as "H" conducted telephone interviews with kstarnews media. According to media reports, "H" claimed not to remember anything about chat groups and that ongoing controversy did not involve him.
"When investigated as a witness yesterday (March 11), I told (the police) that I did not remember anything," he said.
"H" continues to admit he doesn't remember anything when asked if the chat group members recorded and shared their sex videos. "I don't think we did it. I don't even remember who was in the chat group," he said. "H" did not respond when the media asked if he thought the current situation was unfair.

The report states that there are about 10 examples where illegally taken recordings and photos are shared in group chat. The chat group is called having 8 members namely Seungri, there are two male singers, Yuri Holdings representatives, Kim Mo (ordinary people), staff from entertainment companies and two other ordinary people.
Jung Joon Young is called one of the singers after his KakaoTalk conversation was revealed by SBS. In the conversation, the 1989-born singer claimed to have slept with a woman and recorded and shared videos of her sexual activities. According to media reports, at least 10 people have been confirmed as victims of illegally recorded without their permission.
Meanwhile, Jung Joon Young is part of the "4 Wheeled Restaurant" and "Salty Tour" variety shows. But TVN announced that it would be released from the two variety shows. KBS also fired him from the variety show "2 Days 1 Night".
