EXO Chanyeol Heartache Receive Negative Comments on 'Memories Of The Alhambra' - Chanyeol reveals that he can be nicknamed the 'Death Generator' after starring in 'Memories of the Alhambra'.
Chanyeol became a guest star "Life Bar" which aired on Thursday (21/2) yesterday. Not alone, the EXO member was accompanied by other "Memories of the Alhambra" players such as Park Hoon, Han Bo Reum and Lee Si Won.
In the latest episode of the "Life Bar" episode, Chanyeol praised Park Shin Hye's acting especially when crying. While joking, the 1992 idol was born, fearing that Park Shin Hye's attention to him on the set was merely acting.
On the other hand, Chanyeol also discussed the negative comments addressed by his character Jung Se Joo as a game maker which resulted in the deaths of several people. The "Love Shot" singer claimed to be hurt by the negative comments.
"I didn't read comments during promotions but I checked real-time comments while watching dramas. At first, there was a lot of curiosity and praise for Se Joo," Chanyeol said.
"But people are starting to feel frustrated and say why he (Se Joo) has to create a game that kills people. I'm quite deep in my character so I feel hurt at the fans' comments. I think I also get the nickname 'Death Generator'," concluded Chanyeol.
Meanwhile, "Memories of the Alhambra" during the recorded period achieved a high rating for cable TV sizes in the range of around 6-10 percent. However, the last episode of TVN's drama was criticized for not showing Hyun Bin's face even though he was the main character.
