Each billboard is one of 2,080 hidden "puzzle pieces" related to BTS careers. The billboard displays a QR code and a matching date.
According to the official ARMYPEDIA website, BTS has hidden 2,080 such puzzle pieces worldwide, both online and offline. Each puzzle piece corresponds to a specific date in the history of the BTS, and each puzzle piece is equipped with its own QR code.
Fans are asked to find puzzle pieces, scan the QR code, and successfully answer the quiz questions about BTS. After doing all these steps, each ARMY (as BTS fans) around the world will be able to upload memory records of BTS related to a specific date.
So far, fans still find the location of the four member billboards. The J-Hope billboard is seen in Shibuya, Tokyo. A fan found the Jungkook billboard in Gwanghamun, Seoul. Jin's billboards are seen in Hong Kong, while Suga is in New York.
The fans are still trying to find the location of the other three member billboards, namely RM (Rap Monster), V and Jimin BTS. Their billboards must have been installed in Los Angeles, London and Paris.
