SM Entertainment again lost against Tao in court - SM Entertainment was again defeated by former EXO personnel, Tao, in Chinese court.
SM Entertainment's agency has previously sued Tao for alleged breach of contract, when Tao produced his solo album with Chinese agency.
But the court in China said that, "The exclusive contract rights that SM claims are not part of the civil rights set forth by the Copyright Act of the People's Republic of China."
In the first trial beforehand, the judge also stated that the album released by Tao did not infringe any copyright or violate the exclusive contract with SM Entertainment company.
