Since its debut in 2022, TripleS has always been the topic of conversation among netizens. As happened recently, TripleS was highlighted because of its dance choreography which was deemed inappropriate for the ages of several members.
Netizens' anger flared after TripleS released the official stage dance video for "24" via the YouTube channel. In the 2 minute 40 second video, TripleS members appear to be wearing performance costumes resembling school uniforms.
In some parts, TripleS' choreography is considered inappropriate for a group with underage members. The reason is, there are several twerking movements and several other styles that are considered too sensual.
This suddenly made netizens, especially fans, even more angry with the attitude of Modhaus as an agency company. Sharp criticism and scathing comments were widely aimed at the company that oversees TripleS.
"If you're going to debut minors, the least you can do is make sure to protect them. Is there no reason at all for these young girls to avoid choreography like that on '24'?" said one netizen. "TripleS has a serious problem with the audience being dominated by ADULT MEN, the choreography for '24' is very mature and sensual, while they are underage girls. This is really strange @officialmodhaus," said another netizen.
"In my opinion, children can become celebrities as long as they get a good balance in life and are protected from bad things like sexualization. Because many TripleS members are children, I can't stand the choreography of '24' this time. Who approves of the choreography this dance?" replied another netizen. "I want whoever made the '24' choreography to disappear, modhaus has shown time and time again that they don't care about protecting the minors they chose to debut on tS," added another netizen.
On the other hand, fans who were concerned about TripleS' choreography expressed their opinions via the TripleS Discord account. Unfortunately, they were blocked or even banned from the group.
In fact, fans only want TripleS members to be protected. Even though there were several adults in the group, there were still several teenagers in the group.
