Some of these idols revealed their first salaries as idols after they made a series of debuts.
In fact, some of them were only able to receive their first salary after two years of debut.
Appearing on the Omniscient Interfering View event, TripleS talked about their first salary.
This 24 member group is a newcomer idol group that has become popular recently.
TripleS members revealed that production costs had reached 10 billion won or around 116.85 billion rupiah.
Joo Hyun Moo then asked about their first salary which was considered quite large.
"I heard that your first salary is equivalent to the salary of a manager in a large company?" he asked.
One of the TripleS members, Kim Yoo Yeon, then responded that they had received their salary last year.
"I received my first salary last year and treated the members to a meal," he explained.
Apart from TripleS, another top girl group, NewJeans, is reported to have received a salary two months after debut.
According to the Financial Supervisory Service in April, ADOR sales last year reached 110.3 billion won or the equivalent of 1.28 trillion rupiah.
This is a five times higher sales than the previous year.
With an operating profit of 33.5 billion won (391.6 billion rupiah), the salary received by NewJeans members is estimated to be around 26.1 billion won (305.1 billion rupiah).
Because it has five members, each of them received more than 5 billion won (58.4 billion rupiah).
Girl group STAYC also revealed that they had received their first salary.
They said that the first salary they received was after promoting the song "Teddy Bear".
And based on this, STAYC's first salary is estimated at 98.25 million won (1.1 billion rupiah).
In fact, they have received a salary for the second time of 200 million won (2.33 billion rupiah) for each member.
Choi Ye Na, who is a former member of the girl group IZONE, also revealed her first salary.
