Byeon Woo Seok's bodyguard's excessive behavior at the airport recently drew public criticism. The reason was that the guards blocked the airport entrance and made it difficult for other visitors who were not fans or journalists.
Now, netizens are not only directing the spotlight at the bodyguard, but also Woo Seok. The actor was filmed several times ignoring his escort and walking towards the fans who were screaming hysterically for him.
Woo Seok's attitude several times made the guards panic and immediately followed him. Netizens also said for and against that the guards should focus on securing Woo Seok, who sometimes acts carelessly, instead of blocking the entrance for visitors.
"This celebrity and his fans still live in his drama. He is not Sun Jae in real life[sic!]," wrote one netizen. "She's probably too excited because of her sudden fame. She's out of control[sic!]," added another.

On the other hand, Woo Seok's agency has apologized for the bodyguard's behavior which was detrimental to visitors at the airport. "We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused to airport visitors due to security measures when our artists departed from Incheon International Airport on July 12," the agency wrote.
The agency also revealed that they had reprimanded guards who used flashlights at airport visitors. "Even though we do not fully know the specific security situation at the location, we are fully morally responsible for any inconvenience experienced during the escort process.
