The 'Lovely Runner' cameraman gossiped that the filming of Byeon Woo Seok and Kim Hye Yoon's kiss lasted so long. He never thought filming a kiss would take that long.
Two "Lovely Runner" cameramen, Kim Dae Yong and Shin Ki Chang, were recently invited to be guest stars on the K-Insider Insights YouTube channel. The two men discussed the chemistry of the drama's main couple, Byeon Woo Seok and Kim Hye Yoon on the set.
One of the things discussed by the two cameramen for "Lovely Runner" was the kiss scene between Im Sol (Hye Yoon) and Ryu Sun Jae (Woo Seok). Cameraman Dae Young gossiped that the process of filming the intimate scene took so long.
Cameraman Da Young said, "The kiss scene in front of the main door of the house. It was so long that I even asked the main director 'Isn't that too long?'. I remember filming the kiss for so long."
Kamereman Ki Chang also added, "This is a romantic comedy, but we filmed it like a melodrama." The K-Insider Insights host who also happens to be a drama PD named Nam Tae Jin gave praise for the kiss scene at the beach house.
PD Tae Jin revealed, "I think the kiss scene at the beach house is very beautiful because it was shot from an unusual angle." What PD Tae Jin meant was the kissing scene while lying down between Im Sol and Sun Jae when they were in the same room at Baek In Hyuk's (Lee Seung Hyub) parents' house.
Regarding the kiss scene, cameraman Dae Yong revealed, "Usually, we shoot from a 90 degree side angle, but we adjusted it to fit the character and capture a more beautiful atmosphere."
The "Lovely Runner" cameraman further praised Woo Seok and Hye Yoon. Woo Seok pours his whole heart into this project. Facing difficulties after years of hard work and even being eliminated before filming, he gets his first leading role after nine years. Therefore, he contacts the writer every day to talk about filming preparations. Yang "Most importantly, he has a good personality," said cameraman Dae Yong.
For Hye Yoon, cameraman Ki Chang revealed, "Kim Hye Yoon has more acting experience than Byun Woo Seok, but I like how she always tries to keep up with the actor." What do you think? (wk/charity)
