Missing paying bills because forgetting to be a natural thing experienced by anyone. However, the case is different with BTOB's Sungjae who admitted that he almost brought his groceries for free because he forgot to give money at the cashier.

BTOB's recent comeback has been an exciting moment for fans. Like Sungjae's return from his mandatory military service which was completed in November 2021.

On February 22, Sungjae along with Minhyuk and Hyunsik appeared as guests on the KBS Cool FM radio program "Jung Eunji's Gayo Plaza" hosted by A Pink's Eun Ji. During the interview, Sungjae revealed the story of the embarrassing moment he experienced.

The story is told when their guest is asked to reveal the most embarrassing moment ever experienced. Sungjae also gave a hint that the embarrassing moment was when he visited a mall.

"It happened in a private setting, inside a mall," he said. Sungjae had told a mall employee that he would be leaving wearing the crewneck he just bought.

Casually, Sungjae put on his new clothes and accidentally left without paying. "The crewneck was so pretty. So I told them I was leaving the shop to wear it. Then, I walked for 30 meters before an employee came up to me. The employee said, 'you left without paying'. I was so embarrassed that I crouched right down that place," said Sungjae telling the embarrassing story.

"The employee even told me that he just wanted to let me go because he was a fan of mine, but because of his position as an employee, he then said that he couldn't let it go," said Sungjae explaining the employee's kindness.

However, the funny thing is that Sungjae decided not to go to the mall after that incident. "After that incident, I couldn't go to the mall. However, fans conveyed their words to me very well," he said later.

Meanwhile, BTOB recently released their full album "Be Together" which was launched on February 21. Not long after, their title song "The Song" has topped the charts in various countries. (wk/taki)
