Recently, a YouTuber Lee Jin Ho who is a former journalist discussed the stingy nature of a famous celebrity, Rain. The journalist clearly revealed about Rain's habit, which was allegedly quite stingy in distributing his wealth, so that it sparked a warm discussion.
On Friday (14/1), the Sublime Artist Agency which is Rain's management gave a quick statement and denied the YouTuber's false accusations. Based on his statement, the agency will take legal action against those involved.
"We state that the video that was made based on false facts regarding our artist, Rain, was distributed without any truth. We plan to take all possible legal actions against all of the above actions that cause harm to our artist," said the agency.
"In addition, for the purpose of spreading false facts, defamation, personal attacks, and malicious slander, we have examined many posts and comments that spread unverified content," the agency continued.
"We would like to inform you that there will be absolutely no consultation or leniency on the outcome of all legal actions, including civil and criminal," he added.
Previously, on January 13, Lee Jin Ho revealed Rain's behavior which was considered stingy. In the video, Jinho Lee said, "It is true that Rain has a reputation as a stingy person. There is a testimony that Rain is rather stingy when it comes to sharing things," he said.
In addition to Lee Jin Ho, a YouTuber with 90 thousand other subscribers also returned to discuss the short story that Kim Tae Woo and Rain had uttered in the past. Based on a YouTuber's reference, he provided evidence of a conversation the two had while on a radio show in September 2009.
At that time, Kim Tae Woo seemed to complain because he paid for Rain's food, who was in fact much richer than him. This is what fuels the controversy even more. Regardless of the controversy, it is best not to make false statements that cannot be proven true.
