BTS (Bangtan Boys) can be really cute when it comes to gifts for each other. For example, Jin, who once received a surprising gift from one of the members, made him laugh half to death.
BTS once did a Secret Santa activity where they got each other's Christmas gifts for less than 10 thousand won (approximately Rp. 128 thousand). When Jin opened his gift, it caused everyone to laugh.
Jin couldn't believe what he got and pointed out that he got Suga's acrylic stand. The members immediately found out that the gift was from Suga Suga himself, and they were right.
Suga then stood up and explained that initially the acrylic booth sold for 15 thousand won (approximately Rp. 195,000). But somehow he got a discount so the price became eligible.
Jin read the letter inside the gift, and it read, "Put it in a bag and take a look whenever you want. Merry Christmas." Jin couldn't help but laugh after reading the letter.
Suga's gift was over budget, but the owner of the name Min Yoongi explained that he got it from their company store. So, he was given a discount because of a BTS member.
Suga ended by sharing that he hoped that J-Hope or BTS's Jimin would get the prize for believing that they would actually bring an acrylic stand with them. The members then humorously told Suga that Jimin and J-Hope probably wouldn't do it.
Meanwhile, BTS recently made a comeback with the English single "Butter", which has broken records here and there. They have also performed it for the first time at the prestigious music awards event at the 2021 Billboard Music Awards.
"Butter" also became BTS's fourth song to top the prestigious Billboard Hot 100 chart in its first week of debut, following "Dynamite", "Savage Love (Laxed - Siren Beat) [BTS Remix]" and "Life Goes On". BTS thanks ARMY for their proud achievement. (wk/chus)
