Recently Park Jihoon revealed the reason for Starring in the new KBS drama entitled 'Blue Spring From A Distance'. Intrigued by the complete narrative?
On Monday (31/5) KBS shared a short interview with Park Jihoon to accompany the release of his still cut character in the drama "Blue Spring From A Distance". During the interview, Park Jihoon revealed his main reason for starring in this drama.
In the released still cuts, Park Jihoon makes a perfect transformation as Yeo Joon. He looked very cheerful when he met his friend at the convenience store. He also seemed very focused while attending lectures in his class.
On his reason for joining, Park Ji Hoon said, "I was attracted by the fact that I was able to show the story of teenage students, which is called the golden period in life and that I will be able to describe situations that people my age can sympathize with."
The former Wanna One member also thinks this drama will show many interesting sides in the lives of college students. "This is a drama that shows the romantic side of campus life and the darkness behind it," he explained
Park Ji Hoon also responded to the perfect synchronization with his character in the webtoon version. But instead of feeling proud, he tried to be humble.
"Even though Yeo Joon and I have nothing in common, it's okay. On the contrary, it feels very refreshing and charming to be able to play a character that is different from me," he concluded.
Meanwhile, "Blue Spring From A Distance" tells about the realistic struggles of students when they have to face the harsh reality in a harsh world. The story focuses on Yeo Joon, a business student from a rich family who seems to have everything but turns out to be harboring painful emotional wounds.
This drama is prepared to air every Monday - Tuesday at 21.30 local time. If it goes according to plan, the drama, which also stars Kang Min Ah, will start airing on June 14. (wk/eval)
