Jinhwan IKON and New The Boyz revealed this when SF9's In Seong's voice broke in their appearance as It's One's vocal team on Mnet's 'Kingdom: Legendary War'.

The appearance of the vocal team from the combined participants of Mnet "Kingdom: Legendary War" has finally aired on Thursday (20/5). Vocal team It's One (iKON, The Boyz, and SF9) performed Girls' Generation's Tae Yeon's "Spark". While MayFly's vocal team (BTOB, Stray Kids, and ATEEZ) sang IU's "Love Poem".
At the performance of the vocal team, MayFly managed to beat It's One with perfect scores from the judges. In the third round of stage 1, "Kingdom: Legendary War", 33 judges will be coming, from idols to music producers.
SF9's In Seong, who was part of the It's One vocal team, couldn't help but cry after their performance. In Seong admits that he feels guilty for having his voice cracked at their performance.
However, it seems that the rest of the It's One team doesn't blame In Seong at all. Jinhwan iKON and New The Boyz are actually very worried about In Seong.
"In Seong's eyes look teary," said Jinhwan in the waiting room of iKON on episode 8. "Kingdom: Legendary War" episode 8. "I think it must be full of pressure, it's not a problem for us (Its' One) at all," continued Jinhwan during the interview.
"But I feel he feels guilty when he shouldn't have. So, I can't talk to him when we are together, I hope In Seong doesn't blame himself for that (cracking voice)," said Jinhwan.
“I don't know what the other unit members are thinking, but I feel like I have to do what I can. I feel like I ruined all the other hard work. I feel like all the viewers will think the same. Boyz and iKON. I always joke in front of them, they will be disappointed if I'm like this. I really feel guilty, "said In Seong.
"She can't take it easy, can she?" asked New. "I'm also the main vocalist of The Boyz like In Seong hyung, I really understand how he feels. I feel I would also think the same (feel guilty) if I were him," said New.
"So I hope he doesn't feel guilty about it. I was very happy when I prepared it (the performance), so I hope he doesn't feel guilty," continued New.
"I feel like this is the first time I'm not stressed when preparing a performance, I feel we have a good memory together. We gave our best," admitted Jinhwan. "I will be happy for our friendship, we may become friends not enemies tomorrow," said New.
The It's One team also revealed that they will support each other because they have become friends now. Fans of iKON and The Boyz also encouraged In Seong and said that the handsome idol had done his best. IKON's Koo Junhoe, who is known to be quite closed with other people, also had a surprising success because he shared a portrait with It's One on personal Instagram. (wk / alpha)
