"We are informing you of the progress of our legal response to violations of our artists' rights. We previously announced that we would take strong legal action if our artist's basic rights, including privacy and personal rights, were violated. However, unreasonable behavior has been repeatedly committed (by certain individuals), and as a result, our artist is currently experiencing severe psychological pain, "said the official announcement from JYP.
"Therefore, after obtaining evidence and witness testimony about individuals who routinely violate the privacy and fundamental rights of our artists, we have taken legal action against them, and with the help of investigative agencies, we are currently preparing to file additional legal complaints," he continued.
Not only that, the agency also warned that they are preparing to take additional legal action in the future. Including criminal and civil complaints against cases of spreading lies about Stray Kids or other crimes that could harm the artist.
