The Executive Vice President of Columbia Records recently opened his voice regarding the filter applied in the Spotify music streaming platform system for BTS songs.

Previously, ARMY (as BTS fans) raised the hashtag #InvestigateSpotify after realizing that most of the streaming portion of BTS songs including 'Butter' and 'Dynamite' were filtered and not counted.

According to data found in BHF Data Analytics, 47% of streams don't count for the song 'Butter' while 38% don't count for the song 'Dynamite'.

Through this hashtag, ARMY around the world also demanded that Spotify be transparent so that some fans asked Peter Gray for an explanation, who is the Executive Vice President of Columbia Records.

In a post shared by @chartbangtan, Gray finally opened his voice by giving an answer via a DM on Instagram, revealing that they were having a 'High Level' discussion with all streaming platforms about the issue.

Hopefully after this discussion there will be an overhaul in the filter system on various music streaming platforms. (www.kpopchart.net)
