Airing Episode 1, It's 'Mine' Rating Earned

The latest Korean drama titled "Mine" has aired its first episode on tvN.


The drama, which can also be watched through the Netflix platform, premiered on South Korean television on Saturday (08/05) yesterday.

The drama "Mine" follows the story of two women from a conglomerate family who try to find the true meaning of happiness and reclaim what belongs to them. When their upper class life begins to break up, the two women who become daughters-in-law for this wealthy family have to face a dispute.

According to data released by Nielsen Korea, the first episode of the drama, starring Lee Bo Young and Kim Seo Hyung, received an average rating of 7.9%. The rating is quite high for the first episode of the cable television drama.

MBN's “Bossam: Steal the Fate” starring Jung Il Woo and Girls' Generation's Yuri received an average rating of 4.6% for the 3rd episode. This is their highest rating since it was first broadcast.

Likewise with the drama “Undercover” on JTBC which achieved their highest rating with a gain of 4.2% on the same night.

SBS's “Taxi Driver” maintained its high ratings this weekend, averaging 10.1% and 15.4% for both parts.

Meanwhile, KBS2's “Revolutionary Sisters” is still the most-watched Korean drama on weekends, having achieved national average ratings of 20.2% and 25.9%. (www.kpopchart.net)
