Kim Yo Han finally officially debuted as an actor on December 28, 2020 after his first drama, A Love So Beautiful, aired. In this drama, Kim Yo Han plays Cha Heon.

This was the first time acting and immediately believed to be the main character, Kim Yo Han admitted he was nervous. Moreover, A Love So Beautiful is a remake of the drama of the same name from China which was very booming in 2017.
"Honestly, I'm nervous and it's hard because this is my first acting and I haven't studied it," Kim Yo Han said in a press conference, as reported by Soompi, Tuesday (12/29/2020).

Although he admitted to being nervous and had not learned much, Kim Yo Han's acting was praised by the director, Seo Min Jung. He called the WEi boyband personnel a genius actor.
"I think Kim Yo Han is a genius at acting while filming. If he is told one thing, he then does it as if he has been told 10 things," said the female director.
Regarding the praise, Kim Yo Han confessed all thanks to the players and crew on the filming location. The former X1 personnel received help from people around him.
"The director treated me well and my co-stars also gave me tips on set and calmed me down. So I can get through (nervousness) and relax more while filming," replied Yo Han.

The drama A Love So Beautiful is adapted from a popular Chinese series with the same title released in 2017. This drama consists of 24 episodes with a duration of about 20 minutes each and will debut on December 28, every Monday, Thursday and Saturday, at 17.00 KST, on KakaoTV.
