Quoting Soompi, Choi Hyun Suk cs will release their first full album, 'THE FIRST STEP: TREASURE EFFECT' on January 11, 2021. Retreating from the original target set in December 2020.
TREASURE debuted through the album 'THE FIRST STEP: CHAPTER ONE' and single titled BOY, on August 7, 2020. The song with the powerful beat successfully dominated iTunes Top Songs in 19 countries, including Indonesia, in just 24 hours.

That figure is the highest album sales for a newcomer K-Pop group throughout 2020. Then on September 18, 2020, TREASURE released the single album 'THE FIRST STEP: CHAPTER TWO' along with the song I LOVE YOU.
