Boy group WEi has announced the name of their official fan club or fandom.
After receiving input from fans, on Monday (09/11) the WEi boy group finally announced RUi as their official fandom name.
Through the official fancafe page, WEi stated that the name was chosen after considering the results of fan votes.
It explains that "RU" is the 16th constellation, while "WE" is the 17th. Just like 'RU' illuminates the 'WE' place from above, RUi will shine and guide WEi.
Besides, the name “RUi” can also be read as “Are You I?”, Which means that WEi and RUi are asking each other whether they are destiny for each other.
WEi is a rookie boy group from OUI Entertainment who debuted with 'TWILIGHT' in October 2020.
