Yoochun doesn't know how drugs can get into his body - Park Yoochun's lawyer recently stated that even though the drug test came out positively, his clients still denied the use of drugs. Here's the response from the police.
Park Yoochun (Micky Yoochun) is being investigated on charges of taking drugs with his ex-fiance, Hwang Ha Na. The results of drug tests on the hair of former JYJ members were positive even though the previous urine test was negative.
Park Yoochun's lawyer recently stated that although drug tests came out positive, the statement of his client denying drug use is still valid. They also stated that they were investigating how Philopon entered his body system.
"We were unable to refuse the test results from National Forensic Services. Park Yoochun's position that he did not use drugs did not change. We will examine how Philopon entered his body system and was detected through a National Forensic Services test (when he did not use drugs)," the lawyer said .
In response, the police said that Park Yoochun's statement made no sense. "This statement is basically the same as the statement by singer A, who was involved in a successive collision of up to 3 cars under the influence of alcohol in 2005 and said" I drive after drinking but I don't drive under the influence of alcohol, "the police said.
Other police officers expressed their opinions about Park Yoochun's statement. They explained that it seemed like he was lying or mere nonsense.
"If he continues to deny using drugs, it seems to be less convincing so I thought he denied his allegations more strongly by asking his lawyer to make a statement like that. There was no statement by Park about 'how Philopon entered his body system' during the investigation, so this could only be seen as Park's lie, "said the police.
Police added that Park Yoochun was the first person to reject the charges after receiving a positive drug test from National Forensic Services. Even so, he was still investigated to determine whether his arrest warrant would be issued or not.
Meanwhile, Park Yoochun's drug case started with Hwang Ha Na who claimed he was back using drugs on "forced" celebrity friends. Suspicion led to Yoochun who was known to have been engaged to him. Park Yoochun held a press conference to deny his involvement with drug cases.
