Are There Police Officers Involved In Seungri's Chat Group and Jung Joon Young? - Police officials are reportedly involved in the controversial group chat Seungri and Jung Joon Young.

Police officials are reportedly involved in the controversial group chat Seungri and Jung Joon Young.

On Wednesday (03/13), the lawyer who reported the case of Seungri and Jung Joon Young said that there was a 'police chief' who was involved in the case.

According to him, he deliberately sent the case to the Anti-Corruption Agency because he found the involvement of high-ranking police officers in it.

He explained that every time they were involved in a problem, the people in the chat group said that the problem had been resolved by police officials whose identity was not yet known.

Not only once or twice, the police officer has a very close relationship with members of the chat group. Even this police official once called one of them and gave a birthday greeting.

Responding to the report, Min Gap Ryeong as Commissioner General of the Korean National Police Agency held a press conference on Wednesday (03/13). In the press conference, Min Gap Ryeong explained that there could be a misnomer of the 'police chief' question which could mean 'Commissioner General of Police' or 'Public Prosecutor' because of the similar mention in Korean.

He also explained that when the conversation took place in July 2016, Min Gap Ryeong had not yet served as Commissioner General, but was held by Kang Shin Myung.

"We will examine carefully to see if there were incidents involving the police at that time. There is someone who made a comment like that, but it is difficult to reveal the details because the investigation is ongoing, "he concluded. (www.kpopchart.net)
