IU's Twitter account was announced live by Fave Entertainment on Twitter on Wednesday (01/08).
So far there are two tweets made by the Twitter account, which contains official announcements in Korean and English.
Twitter account with this @_IUofficial username writes, "IU's official Twitter account has been opened. Please follow @_IUofficial to keep up to date. "
IU had previously used Twitter with username @ lily199iu and currently already has 1.1 million followers. But somehow he has never used that Twitter account again since 2014.
